What a search visibility audit actually covers

The most common SEO audit output is a crawl tool export with some commentary added. That tells you what the tool found. It does not tell you why your site is where it is in the rankings or what would actually move it.

Our audit starts from your actual competitive situation. We look at what queries your site currently ranks for, what position it holds, and what the gap is between where you are and where you need to be. Then we work backwards to identify the technical, content, and authority factors that explain the gap.

Keyword gap analysis

We extract the keywords that your five closest competitors rank for but you do not. This identifies where organic traffic is going that could be reaching your site. We categorize each gap by intent type, by the difficulty of closing it, and by the business relevance of that particular query. You get a prioritized shortlist of the gaps worth addressing first, not a raw export of thousands of terms.

Content quality assessment

Page by page evaluation of whether your content matches the search intent behind the queries each page targets. We look at heading structure, depth, specificity, and how well the page answers what the searcher is actually trying to accomplish. This goes beyond keyword presence into the quality signals that Google evaluates when deciding how helpful a page is.

The deliverable

A PDF report with findings organized by section and impact. Every item includes the evidence behind the finding, the fix required, and the expected ranking effect. Not a general checklist. A document specific to your site that you can use directly or hand to a developer.
